Remember this is a 14 day CHALLENGE- try to get out of your comfort zone a bit. Following your child’s lead can often help with this.

Many of the ideas under Spirit seem personal and you may wonder how to get the whole family involve.

Meditation can be the ‘Still Game”- have everyone lay on the floor, let them get all the wiggles out and then ask them to be as still as they can! It’s okay if some have a harder time than others. It’s a process and should bring joy- not stress!

Reading scripture and prayer can be done out loud as a family. In our home we have family and personal prayer and scripture reading.

Any journaling can be done in pictures for little ones and family gratitude at the supper table is a lot of fun!
